We source our bourbon barrels from the most awarded craft distillery in the US, Wigle Whiskey from Pittsburgh PA. Aged in small 15 and 25 gallon barrels we achieve the most complex and robust bourbon infusion possible.

Our maple sap is harvested from wild grown hard maple trees on the slopes of the Appalachian mountains in NW Pennsylvania. 3 generations come together each spring to tap, harvest and produce our pure maple syrup. We use time tested methods plus state of the art maple sugaring equipment to ensure a consistent level of flavor and quality.
